Elevator Maintenance Services for SLD

The State of Hawai'i Department of Health - State Laboratories Division is seeking a vendor to provide elevator maintenance services for the fiscal year 2027, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The services include regular maintenance, regular trouble calls, and afterhours trouble calls. The vendor is required to provide a monthly cost for regular elevator maintenance services, an hourly rate for regular trouble calls, and an hourly rate for afterhours trouble calls. The evaluated price will be calculated based on 12 months of maintenance, 10 hours of regular trouble calls, and 4 hours of afterhours trouble calls. • The vendor must be compliant with all applicable state and federal statutes. • The vendor must include all applicable taxes and fees in the price submitted. • The vendor must provide proof of compliance through HCE or via paper documentation. • The vendor must pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award, not to exceed $5,000.
