The County of Sacramento is seeking a consultant to develop a pre-design plan for the electrification of the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center (RCCC) campus. The plan should replace the aging HVAC infrastructure with electrification alternatives, complying with the 2022 California Mechanical Code. The selected consultant will perform services including reviewing existing as-builts, conducting site visits, and providing deliverables such as a project schedule, monthly progress status reports, and a final report.
