Opaekaa Falls tree and shrub clearing

The Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, is seeking a contractor to provide tree trimming and plant/shrub trimming services at Opaekaa Falls lookout in Wailua River State Park, Kauai, Hawaii. The contractor will be required to create a clear view of Opaekaa Falls and the Wailua River by clearing trees and shrubs. The work must be completed within 21 calendar days from the commencement date. • The contractor must have a type C-27 or C-27B tree trimming license from the State of Hawaii. • The contractor must have adequate equipment and number of employees to perform and complete the work. • The contractor must maintain liability and property damage insurance to protect the Contractor and its subcontractors. • The contractor must comply with all State Park rules and regulations. • The contractor must provide a tax clearance certificate with the invoice for final payment.
