Description
DeKalb County Government is seeking proposals from planning and/or engineering firms for on-call services for small area planning. The selected firm will provide planning services on an as-needed basis for a variety of planning projects. The contract will be for a period of five years, and the firm will be required to provide services through the issuance of task orders. The scope of work includes providing analytical support, existing conditions studies, modeling and visualization, public engagement, placemaking, and drafting policy recommendations.
• The firm should have experience in planning, engineering, public engagement, market analysis, GIS mapping, or transportation.
• The firm should be able to provide services on an as-needed basis.
• The firm should be able to work with the County's staff and other stakeholders.
• The firm should be able to provide high-quality services and meet the County's expectations.
• The firm should be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
