Description
The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Springshare, LLC to provide LibApps, including LibGuides, LibAnswers, and LibWizard. This contract is essential for maintaining the Air University Library's web presence and meeting the academic and research needs of AU students and faculty. The contractor must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) and eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
• The contractor must demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements outlined in the draft Statement of Requirements (SOR).
• The place of performance will be Maxwell AFB, Air University Library.
• The period of performance is expected to start on 1 June 2026.
