The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) District 3 is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call pipe‑repair services using shotcrete (or approved alternatives) for corrugated metal and reinforced‑concrete culverts throughout District 3. The contract is an on‑call, “pay‑as‑you‑go” arrangement where the contractor will be notified of individual pipe locations, must mobilize within 20 calendar days, and complete repairs within 7 days of mobilization. The scope includes cleaning, mesh reinforcement, application of a minimum 4‑inch‑thick 4000 psi shotcrete lining (or geopolymer/Quadex GeoKrete alternatives), joint sealing, and required traffic‑control/ lane‑closure measures. The award will be posted 10 Oct 2026, with a maximum contract period of five years (initial 1‑year term with annual renewals).
