Supply & Delivery of Boardwalk Lumber & Boardwalk Screws

The City of Ocean City is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver Southern Yellow Pine lumber for the replacement of boards on the Boardwalk as needed. The contract will be for three months, and the vendor will be required to provide high-quality lumber that meets the specifications and is free from defects. The vendor will also be required to provide certificates of treatment, tagged, labeled, and grade-stamped lumber, and to deliver the lumber within 45 calendar days from receipt of the purchase order. • The contract period is from February 6, 2026, to May 8, 2026 • The vendor will be required to provide Southern Yellow Pine lumber • The lumber must meet the specifications and be free from defects • The vendor will be required to provide certificates of treatment, tagged, labeled, and grade-stamped lumber • The vendor will be required to deliver the lumber within 45 calendar days from receipt of the purchase order
