Description
The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking a vendor to manage a new Community Food Connection (CFC) Grant Program. This program aims to provide timely support through upfront grants and strengthen the emergency food network in New York City. The vendor will be responsible for awarding approximately $1,800,000 to 300-350 grantees annually. The contract term is anticipated to be three years, with an estimated total funding of $6,000,000. The proposer will receive a total award of $600,000 throughout the contract term.

• The vendor must have an account and an approved HHS Prequalification Application in PASSPort to respond to this RFP.
• Proposals will only be accepted through PASSPort.
• The anticipated contract start date is 1/1/2026, and the end date is 12/31/2028.
• A pre-proposal conference will be held on 11/18/2025 at 2:00 PM.
