Budget estimate

$1,600,000 – $4,000,000

Based on the estimated cost of the project, which is $80 million, and considering the typical fee range for Construction Managers at Risk, which can range from 2% to 5% of the total project cost, the budget for this opportunity could be estimated to be between $1.6 million and $4 million. This estimate is based on the assumption that the CMAR will be responsible for the entire construction process, including preconstruction and construction phase services. The actual budget may vary depending on the specific terms of the contract and the services provided by the CMAR.
