Description
The U.S. Embassy Dhaka is soliciting quotations for spare parts for elevators. The embassy is looking for responsible sources to submit a quotation for the requested items. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. The contractor shall provide the following items: GT SS-MAIN BOARD, GTI-220SS POWER BOARD, ELD CONTROL BOARD, REACTOR [3P 24A], POWER TRANSFORMER, EMI FILTER, DC POWER SUPPLY 48-63V, DC MAGNETIC CONTACTOR, SIN COS ENCODER, GT CTJ BOARD, HHT WB -100 PROGRAMMER, EARTHQUEAKE SENSOR, ELD MAGNETIC CONTACTOR, AC380V, DOOR TIMING BELT 1000mm, TAPIN DOOR MOTOR, Car Operating Panel, Inner visual, and HPI, Inner visual. The delivery point for Bangladeshi and other non-American vendors will be the U.S. Embassy Annex Compound in Dhaka, while the delivery point for American vendors will be in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
• The contractor shall deliver the goods to the specified delivery point no later than 30 business days from the date of award.
• The contractor shall provide a copy of the applicable manufacturer's commercial warranty with the items covered by such a warranty at no additional cost to the Government.
• The contractor shall comply with the FAR clauses incorporated in this contract by reference.
• The contractor shall provide the technical data sheet (specification sheet) of the offered items along with their quotation.
