TRAINING INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to provide training infrastructure support for the National Airspace System (NAS) Academy at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). The contractor will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting training systems and equipment used by the FAA Academy and its partners. The scope of this contract covers both existing and newly acquired systems, including Terminal and EnRoute Automation, Radar, Communication, Navigation, and Environmental systems. The contractor will be required to provide experienced, qualified personnel to perform all tasks outlined in the Statement of Work. Some key responsibilities include: • Providing technical support for various systems, including EnRoute Automation, Terminal Automation, Radar, Communication, Navigation, and Environmental systems • Completing assigned system modifications, corrective maintenance, and preventative maintenance in an efficient manner • Ensuring all assigned training systems are operational up to 72 hours before a course begins • Responding promptly to trouble calls within assigned work areas • Documenting all completed maintenance tasks using organizational tools before shift ends • Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and a Safety Management Plan (SMP) • Providing a Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the Government, including any significant accomplishments and concerns during the reporting period The contractor will be required to work on-site at the MMAC in Oklahoma City, OK, and must maintain a physical presence on-site during the term of the contract. The contract is expected to last for a base period with optional extensions, and the contractor must be able to work independently with minimal supervision after completing two years of progressive training.
