Intellectual/Developmental Disability Support for Crisis Workers

The State of Wyoming’s Behavioral Health Division is seeking a qualified vendor to design, deliver, and record a comprehensive training program for 988 crisis line staff and mobile crisis responders on best practices for engaging individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) during mental health or substance‑use crises. The contractor will create editable training materials, conduct a live virtual session, produce a recorded version for future use, and provide up to three review cycles with the Agency. All work must be completed by September 29 2027, with a tentative start in January 2027. The project budget is capped at $77,000. • Develop one full training curriculum (editable document). • Deliver one live virtual training session to Wyoming crisis staff. • Produce a recorded version of the training for ongoing use. • Conduct up to three agency‑review cycles before final delivery. • Maintain virtual communication, monthly status meetings, and a designated project manager. • Provide all necessary equipment and ensure final ownership of training assets transfers to the Agency.
