Technical Assistance for Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)

The State of Wyoming’s Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division seeks a qualified vendor to design and deliver technical assistance for the federal PATH program. The contractor will create a comprehensive training document, a recorded training video, and conduct a live virtual training session that teach rural providers how to establish streamlined referral pathways for mental health and substance‑use treatment, and will develop standardized follow‑up and support protocols for PATH‑eligible clients. All deliverables become state property and must be completed and approved by late August 2027, with the contract not exceeding a two‑year period. The maximum funding available is $10,152. • Develop one training manual (Word/PDF) and one recorded training video. • Deliver one live virtual training session to current PATH sub‑recipients. • Create a standardized follow‑up and ongoing support protocol guide for PATH clients. • Provide up to three draft reviews and incorporate agency feedback. • No travel required; all work performed remotely. • Final deliverables due August 23, 2027; virtual training completed by August 13, 2027.
