Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is seeking a qualified contractor to provide quality‑assurance (QA) services for the state’s upcoming electronic WIC (eWIC) processor procurement. The contractor will develop a Quality Assurance Monitoring Plan, support the drafting and issuance of the next eWIC processor RFP, manage the evaluation and selection process, and, if needed, assist with the transition to a new processor. The work spans a 24‑month period and includes regular reporting, coordination with state staff, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Deliver a comprehensive QA Monitoring Plan within 10 business days of award.
• Provide weekly status reports, attend weekly coordination calls, and conduct an orientation session for state staff.
• Support the eWIC processor RFP development, evaluation, negotiation, and transition activities, delivering all required documentation and testing artifacts.
