Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for the Biosense Webster CARTO 3 System and SMARTABLATE System at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The contract will include preventative maintenance inspections, repairs, and replacement parts. The contractor will be required to provide trained and experienced personnel, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the services. The contract will be for a base year with one option year.

* Preventative maintenance services every 12 months
* Corrective maintenance services as needed
* Replacement parts and labor at no additional cost to the government
* Telephonic communications with the government to discuss technical matters
* Compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
* Provision of inspection stickers and removal of outdated stickers
* Confirmation of scheduled dates with the government at least five working days prior to performing preventative maintenance services
