FY 26 Grounds Maintenance Services Eielson AFB

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at Eielson AFB in Alaska. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and services to perform the required work. The scope of work includes landscaping, housekeeping, and groundskeeping services. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. • The contractor must provide a proposal in accordance with all instructions on or before the submission deadline. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation prior to the hour and date specified. • The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the contract, including those related to payment, performance, and termination.
