Description
The City of Indianapolis is seeking a qualified insurance broker to manage its property insurance program for the consolidated city‑county portfolio. The broker will provide comprehensive brokerage services, conduct COPE (Construction, Occupancy, Protection, Exposure) inspections, maintain and annually update the Statement of Values, perform loss‑run analysis, and offer risk‑management consulting. Optional technology solutions for insurance‑certificate tracking and OSHA‑300 log management may be proposed on a commission basis.
