Maintenance and service agreement for Roche c303 chemistry analyzer

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of qualified contractors to maintain and service a Roche c303 chemistry analyzer at the Western Human Nutrition Research Center (WHNRC) in Davis, California. The maintenance and service agreement must include telephone and on-site field technical support, unlimited on-site software and operational updates, replacement OEM parts, and two preventative maintenance visits per year. The project is expected to start on July 31, 2025, and last for a base period of four years, with three option years. • The contractor must demonstrate their ability to perform the required maintenance and service tasks. • The contractor must provide telephone and on-site field technical support by factory-trained and authorized service engineers/specialists. • The contractor must provide unlimited on-site software and operational updates and configuration as necessary. • The contractor must replace OEM parts due to normal wear and labor and time costs. • The contractor must perform two preventative maintenance visits per year.
