Description
The Department of the Army is soliciting proposals for the lease of non-excess land at Fort Lee, Virginia, for the development of commercial and/or industrial facilities. The selected offeror will be responsible for designing, financing, permitting, developing, constructing, installing, owning, maintaining, operating, securing, and decommissioning the project. The lease term will be 50 years, with an option to renew. The offeror must provide in-kind consideration, including the design and construction of an aquatic center, and may also propose additional projects such as a multi-purpose facility and food pavilion. The offeror will be responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
