Description
The Texas A&M University at Galveston is seeking bids for the Resident Hall MEP Upgrades project. The project involves HVAC replacement for Albatross and Polaris Halls with associated architectural and electrical modification, sanitary piping replacement in Oceans and Hullabaloo Halls, and new access control card readers and door hardware in various buildings across campus. The project is located in Galveston, TX, and the submission deadline is 6/9/2026 at 2:00 PM. A pre-proposal meeting was held on 5/12/2026 at 2:30 PM.
• The project requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan.
• Monthly HUB Progress Assessment Reports (PARs) are required with each pay application.
