Dix Park Abatement and Demolition

The City of Raleigh is seeking bids for the abatement and demolition of four buildings and associated pavements, earthwork, exterior improvements, steam trap, electrical site work, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. The project is located at Dorthea Dix Park, 1030 Richardson Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603. • The project scope includes abatement and demolition of buildings and associated work. • Bidders must be licensed to perform the work in North Carolina. • Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid. • The City of Raleigh encourages participation of Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) businesses. • The City's goal is to contract or sub-contract 15% of the contract amount to certified MWBEs on construction projects over $300,000.
