NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT Blacktail Ditch Improvements

The State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, is providing notice of final settlement for the Blacktail Ditch Improvements project. The contractor, CRC Inc, has completed the work, and the state is now settling the contract. Any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with the authorized individual, Tyler Jacox. • The project is for the construction of the Blacktail Ditch Improvements at Radium SWA. • The settlement date is April 27, 2026. • Claims must be filed with Tyler Jacox, the authorized individual. • Failure to file a claim before the final settlement will relieve the State of Colorado from any liability for such claim.
