Description
The Town of Yarmouth is seeking proposals for commercial personal property collection and valuation services. The selected vendor will be responsible for collecting, inspecting, listing, valuing, and annually reporting on approximately 675 commercial personal property accounts, including Class 504 Public Utility accounts, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 59 and Massachusetts Department of Revenue certification requirements.
• The services will be performed in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 59 and Massachusetts Department of Revenue certification requirements.
• The selected vendor will be required to collect, inspect, list, value, and annually report on commercial personal property accounts.
• The contract will be for a duration of approximately one year, with the possibility of renewal.
• The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposal process.
