Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for the LEO 2025 OSHPA REPORT. The job requires printing 150 perfect bind booklets with a finish size of 8.5 x 11 inches. The vendor must provide a detailed estimate with their bid and must be able to complete the job within 10 business days of proof approval. The bid will be awarded based on best price and value to the state.
• The report will have a 4-page 80# matte cover and 168-page 80# matte text.
• The binding will be perfect bind along the 11-inch side.
• The report will be carton packed and shipped back to the specified address.
• The vendor must be prequalified to be considered for the bid.
