SOURCES SOUGHT - OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM (ITP)

The United States Secret Service is seeking sources for an Insider Threat Program (ITP) to provide investigative analysts, training assistants, and Microsoft Purview Insider Threat integration consultation. The contract will be a firm-fixed-priced contract with a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. The contractor will be required to provide Insider Threat investigative analysts, training assistants, and consultation on the integration of MS Purview into the Insider Threat architecture. The contractor will also be required to assist the ITP Program Manager with Insider Threat Awareness trainings and briefings for the workforce and new employees. Some key requirements include: • Providing Insider Threat investigative analysts to support the ITP through the entire analytical process • Utilizing information from multiple data sources to analyze user behaviors and activities • Providing trend and anomaly analysis, support to insider threat investigative activities • Utilizing a structured analytical process to identify physical, information, personnel, and operational protection gaps • Consulting on the integration of MS Purview into the Insider Threat architecture • Defining reporting and program integration plans to implement MS Purview • Assisting the ITP Program Manager with Insider Threat Awareness trainings and briefings
