Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a vendor to provide data erasure services for two Dell EMC Centera storage arrays. The selected vendor must be an authorized Dell Reseller and Service Provider with experience in maintenance, upgrades, and data erasures on Dell EMC Centera storage arrays. The vendor will perform DoD level 5220.22M ECE 3pass data erasure service and NIST 800-88 Sanitize data service on all hard disk drives (HDD) for the two storage arrays. The vendor must also provide certificates certifying the data erasures for each of the disk drives.
Key requirements include:
* Authorized Dell Reseller and Service Provider
* Minimum of two years experience in maintenance and upgrades on Dell EMC Centera storage arrays
* Minimum of two years experience in data erasures on Dell EMC Centera storage arrays
* Ability to provide DoD level 5220.22M ECE 3pass data erasure service and NIST 800-88 Sanitize data service
* Ability to provide certificates certifying the data erasures for each of the disk drives
