Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 3,500 traveler file folders, consisting of three types: Standard Traveler, PM Traveler, and Expedited Traveler. The folders must be straight-cut with a reinforced tab and printed with black ink on the front panel. The contractor must perform a preflight check of the furnished media and publishing files to ensure correct output. The folders must be packed in units of 100, with a maximum weight of 40 pounds per shipping container. The contractor must also provide a "Press Quality" PDF proof for each folder type.
• The contractor must provide 1,500 Standard Traveler folders, 1,000 PM Traveler folders, and 1,000 Expedited Traveler folders.
• The folders must be made of high-finish folder stock, with a basis size of 24 x 36" and a basis weight of 150#.
• The contractor must use a specific type of paper, as specified by the JCP Paper Specification Standards.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of selection of random copies, using GPO Form 917.
• The contractor must pack the folders separately and identify them with a special label, GPO Form 2678-Departmental Random Copies (Blue Label).
