PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD (PDB) SERVICES FOR THE CITY’S BOND MEASURE (FP) PROJECT TO RECONSTRUCT FIRE STATIONS 1 & 2

The City of Redondo Beach is seeking a qualified design-build team to provide progressive design-build services for the reconstruction of Fire Stations 1 and 2. The project includes the design and construction of two new fire stations, with a total estimated direct construction cost of $32,000,000. The project will be delivered in two phases: Phase 1 (pre-construction/design development) and Phase 2 (construction). The design-build team will be responsible for developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal during Phase 1, which will be used to evaluate the proposal.
