Bond Underwriters

Lamar CISD is seeking qualified underwriters to provide underwriting services for its issuance of various series of bonds. The district is looking for vendors who can provide underwriting services to help the district achieve its financial goals. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing underwriting services, including but not limited to, advising the district on bond issuance, assisting with the preparation of bond documents, and participating in the bond sale process. The contract is expected to last for approximately 3 years, with the possibility of extension. • The district is looking for vendors with experience in underwriting services for K-12 public school districts. • The vendor must be able to provide underwriting services for various series of bonds. • The vendor must be able to advise the district on bond issuance and assist with the preparation of bond documents. • The vendor must be able to participate in the bond sale process.
