Description
The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking proposals for the purchase of Panasonic Toughbook FZ-55 laptops to replace older generation CF Series Panasonic laptops. The laptops will be used by the Maryland State Police. The contract requires the purchase of 100 laptops, with the option to purchase more or less depending on funding. The contract also requires the provision of pricing for annual pricing and the submission of invoices within 30 days of acceptance.
• The laptops must be new and unused.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Panasonic.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract requires compliance with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to bid.
