Tr Mulch Street

The City of Travelers Rest is soliciting a qualified contractor to supply and install dyed brown mulch for streetscape improvements on Main Street and for Trailblazer Park. The work includes delivering up to 325 cubic yards of mulch, spreading it to a minimum depth of 3 inches, and maintaining a 6 inch clearance from the base of all trees. All materials, equipment, labor, and supervision are to be provided by the contractor in accordance with the RFP specifications. • Scope: Mulch installation on a public streetscape and park area. • Quantity: ≤ 325 cubic yards of dyed brown mulch. • Requirements: Minimum 3‑inch depth, 6‑inch tree‑base clearance, full supply and installation responsibilities. • Deadline: Bids due April 30, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
