The Lone Star College System (LSCS) is issuing a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) to construct new public water mains (12‑inch and 8‑inch), a private 8‑inch fire service line, a fire‑rated water meter vault, an RPZ backflow preventer, and an aerobic septic system with drip‑irrigation disposal field at the Kingwood campus. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, testing, inspections, and close‑out services, adhering to City of Houston standards, Texas regulations, and AWWA specifications.
