Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,000,000

Based on the information provided, the budget for this project is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This range is likely due to the scope of the project, which includes re-grading the slope, placing riprap stone armoring, and replacing concrete and gravel camper pads, among other tasks. The firm-fixed-price contract nature of the project also suggests that the budget will be a fixed amount, rather than a cost-plus or time-and-materials contract. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the project, the materials and labor required, and the contractor's experience and reputation.
