The Mississippi Department of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to design, deliver, and manage an intensive certification‑training program for School Business Administrators (SBAs) that enables participants to earn the Class A SBA license. The contract may extend up to five years, with each year reviewed for performance and funding. The vendor must provide a 9‑to‑12 session course (≥ 70 % on‑site), develop all curriculum and materials, obtain OSFS approval of content and instructors, allow two MDE staff to attend at no cost, and submit a full suite of deliverables including registration processes, participant lists, certificates, and evaluation reports.
