The Johnson County Olathe Adult Detention Center is seeking a contractor to execute Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) upgrades, including conversion of existing fan wall systems, renewal of the kitchen make‑up air ventilation system, and replacement of a cooling unit for the Sheriff’s Electronics room. The work requires full‑service delivery of labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and all incidentals necessary to complete the scope in accordance with contract documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via IonWave, with a mandatory pre‑bid conference that includes a site walkthrough. A 5 % bid bond is required, and no withdrawals are permitted within 60 days of the bid opening.
