Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a vendor to supply a 2025‑or‑newer Transit 350 medium‑roof cargo van (or an approved equal) meeting detailed OEM specifications. The contract requires delivery of the vehicle(s) to the Greater Cincinnati Water Works Fleet Services Division, warranty service responsibilities, and compliance with SBE/MWBE participation, EEO reporting, and insurance requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s VSS portal by the deadline, with all required forms attached.
• Supply of a Transit 350 medium‑roof cargo van (2025 or newer) meeting precise powertrain, chassis, interior, exterior, safety, and optional up‑fitter specifications.
• Provide warranty service (or transfer warranty to a local dealer with notarized certification) and assume all inspection, acceptance, and re‑delivery obligations.
