6515--Washer Disinfector Unit Carts and Utensils (VA-26-00033723)

The Department of Veterans Affairs' Strategic Acquisition Center is seeking a qualified source to supply brand name or equal Steris Vision 1300 Series Cart and Utensil Washer/Disinfector units on an agency-wide basis. The contract will be for a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. The vendor will be required to deliver cart and utensil washer/disinfector units to VA medical centers and facilities throughout the United States. The following are some key points to consider: • The contract will be a single Requirements Contract with Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) orders. • The vendor must have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The vendor must be certified with the appropriate NAICS code on the SAM website. • The vendor must provide technical literature that clearly shows the product meets or exceeds the salient characteristics specified. • The vendor must provide item pricing information, inclusive of flat rate shipping, and any quantity discounts. • The Government contemplates utilizing evaluation subfactors such as Safety, Design, Performance, and Quality.
