Sources Sought: Minot AFB Construction MACC

The US Air Force is seeking qualified and experienced businesses capable of performing maintenance, repair, minor construction, design, and build projects on real property at Minot AFB, ND. The proposed MACC is a multiple award, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. Work includes, but is not limited to, maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, demolition, painting, site work, earthwork and paving, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, fire protection, millwork, and other specialty construction. * The contract will be for a term consisting of a two-year base period plus four, two-year option periods. * The overall MACC ceiling is roughly anticipated to be $250,000,000 over a 10-year period. * Minot AFB's average yearly construction budget is approximately $22,000,000. * Interested parties must be currently registered in the SAM database.
