Description
The University of Notre Dame is seeking quotations from qualified and experienced vendors for the provision of bulk road salt to support its winter maintenance program. The successful vendor must demonstrate competitive pricing, consistent product quality, and reliable, on-time delivery. The University anticipates purchasing approximately 600 tons of bulk highway coarse white road salt annually. Key requirements include:
• Competitive pricing
• Consistent product quality
• Reliable, on-time delivery
• Delivery via dump truck, based on full truckload quantities, to the specified location
• The vendor must not have unloading equipment, as this must be accounted for in the delivery process
