On-Call Hydrogeological Services

The City of Modesto is seeking on-call hydrogeological services to support its water supply challenges, including groundwater management and water quality assessments. The selected consultant will provide services such as water quality assessments, well evaluations, and aquifer storage and recovery program development. The consultant will work on an as-needed basis and will be required to submit a detailed written proposal, including a scope of services, project schedule, and estimate of costs, prior to commencing work on each project. The City will select two to three firms to establish on-call agreements with, and the agreement will have a term of one year with two optional one-year extensions. The estimated annual amount for the agreement is $100,000, with a total amount not to exceed $300,000 over three years.
