Description
The Red Rocks Community College is seeking architectural and engineering services for the construction of a new Nursing and Health Imaging Building. The project involves constructing a 28,000 GSF building to support instructional and program functions. The selected provider will assist RRCC with fit study activities, site sizing and placement, subdivision coordination, utility planning, and environmental/habitat considerations. The provider will also oversee the architect/engineer procurement process according to RRCC and State requirements.
• The project requires a Design/Bid/Build approach to project delivery.
• The Architect/Engineer is expected to provide Basic Services as described in the sample Architect/Engineer/Consultant Agreement.
• The selection process involves a prequalification submittal, oral interviews, and a short-list of qualified respondents.
• The project has an estimated cost of $28,000,000 and is expected to be completed by Fall 2027.
