Description
The US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center (DEVCOM SC) is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and certification of calibration for various textile weathering lab equipment models. The contractor will be required to provide a service plan that includes monthly preventative maintenance visits and a certificate of calibration every 6 months or as needed. The equipment models include Atlas LLC, SDL Atlas, Pellerin, and Harris-Millipore Systems. The contractor must demonstrate a capability to provide the requested items and must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS code 541380.
• The contractor must provide a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quote, inclusive of all charges, with FOB destination shipping terms.
• The contractor must include a clear demonstration and understanding of the technical requirements as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• The contractor must be a small business under NAICS code 541380, with a size standard of $19 million dollars.
