The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking information from interested parties for the renovation of the Community Living Center (CLC), Building 60 (B60), at the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System in Tucson, Arizona. The project includes the renovation of the CLC, which consists of eight main components, including HVAC partial upgrade, hospice wing refresh, and dining area patio renovation. The objective of this project is to correct safety deficiencies, modernize, and refresh all finishes, and complete systems repair/improvements in the specific areas identified. The main areas of focus are the Neighborhood Kitchen, Dining Room, two exterior Patios, and Hospice areas along with the HVAC and mechanical systems supporting B60.
