Cedar-Shields-Fountain Intersection Enhancements

The City of Fresno is seeking qualified contractors to upgrade the Cedar‑Shields‑Fountain intersection. The work includes installation of advanced traffic‑control devices, new signal hardware, pedestrian HAWK system, lighting, high‑visibility crosswalks, curb‑return reconstruction, and associated civil improvements such as paving, concrete curbs, drainage, and utility coordination.
