Source Sought Notice for a Physician Psychiatrist/Child and Adolescent Psychiatristat Pinon Health Center

The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for a Physician Psychiatrist/Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide healthcare services at the Pinon Health Center. The contractor will be required to provide non-personal service contract healthcare providers to the Counseling Department. The government intends to award a Labor Hours Type contract from any resultant solicitation. The place of performance will be the Pinon Health Center, Outpatient Department – Counseling Department. The duration of the requirement is a base period with two option year periods. • The contractor must provide evidence of adequate levels of qualified healthcare provider staff to meet the qualifications and requirements listed in the Performance Work Statement. • The contractor must provide a detailed capability statement addressing their qualifications and ability to provide the requirements listed in the Performance Work Statement. • The contractor must provide a list of 3-5 private industry or government contracts for the same services that they have performed within the last 3 years. • The contractor must provide information on their staffing capability, including the last time they successfully placed a provider in a contract position.
