Senagal-Recruitment of a firm for Strategic Support in FIDIC Contract Management, Claims Handling, Skills Transfer and Support for Compact Closure

The Government of Senegal has been selected for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Grant and plans to allocate a portion of the proceeds of funding to the payment of contracts for goods, services, and works. The Compact includes an investment of about USD 550 million from MCC and an additional contribution of USD 50 million from the Government for a global amount of USD 600 million. The project has three major components: the "Modernizing and Strengthening of Senelec Transmission Network" Project, the "Increasing Access to Electricity in Rural and Peri urban Areas" Project, and the "Power Sector Enabling Environment and Capacity Development" Project. The selected consultant will provide strategic support in FIDIC contract management, claims handling, skills transfer, and support for compact closure.
