Executive Recruitment and Search Services for USD Health Affairs

The University of South Dakota (USD) Health Affairs division is seeking a qualified firm to serve as its executive search partner for senior leadership positions (chairs, deans, associate deans) that arise over the contract period. The contractor will provide end‑to‑end recruitment services, including qualification definition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, and placement, with a guarantee of a follow‑up search if a placed candidate leaves within one year. The contract is a one‑year initial term with two optional one‑year extensions (up to three years total).
