Description
This solicitation calls for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision needed to execute extensive site work for a tribal/tribal‑government water‑sewer project. The work includes:
• Excavation, trenching, shoring, and back‑filling for utility pipelines in accordance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Installation of PVC and steel encasement water and sewer service lines, including open‑cut and bored road crossings.
• Construction of precast, reinforced concrete septic tanks with dual compartments, access risers, and associated fittings.
• Installation of individual gravity‑chamber drainfields (conventional, step‑down, and sand‑lined) with specified chamber units, distribution boxes, and sand backfill.
• Surface restoration, asphaltic, concrete, or gravel resurfacing, and final site grading, ditching, and marking.
• Required submittals such as as‑built drawings and compliance with tribal, county, and federal specifications.
