The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting bids to replace the existing physical‑therapy (PT) flooring at the Castle Point Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Wappingers Falls, NY. The work includes demolition of existing flooring, preparation of the substrate, and installation of approximately 5,500 sf of Mohawk Creative Terrain II resilient rubber tile with matching cove base, plus wall‑base and a moisture‑barrier underlay. All work must be performed during normal business hours, with VA moving all PT equipment; the contractor does not move equipment. The contract is set‑aside for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses and uses a firm‑fixed‑price, sealed‑bid format.
