EAST HIGH STREET CULVERT OVER UNNAMED CREEK

The project involves replacing the existing East High Street culvert over a unnamed creek. The new structure will be a concrete box culvert with headwalls and wingwalls, which will connect to a new concrete drainage structure. Associated work includes temporary dewatering and waterway diversion, slope protection and streambank stabilization, as well as restoration of pavement and turf surfaces. This is a State Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on January 1, 2026, as posted on the NYSDOT's website must be followed by the successful bidder.
